Filter Users with Conditions

Sorting users based on certain attributes to filter your audience is possible, also you can sort & even compare two sorted data with conditions.

This method will help you to churn the subscribers based on particular tags, actions or even campaigns.

Below steps will explain how to apply conditions while filtering users.

Select Menu on the top-left corner of the SilFer Bots platform

On the audience section, click filter to sort your users based on different attributes.

Then select the user match conditions based on your requirements,

  • All of the conditions – Audience can be filtered out based on all conditions that you will apply.
  • Any of the conditions – Audience can be filtered out based on any one of the conditions that you will apply.

Click add (+ condition) symbol to add more conditions & filter the audience based on the conditions that you had used.

In the above image,

Attributes – They are variables that you have to use while filtering the audience.

Conditions- These conditions are used to sort the audience based on the attributes which you had to choose before. You can use different conditions like “Equal to, Different/No, Bigger or Equal, Bigger than, contains, interval” and lot more in the popup.

Dynamic Choice – Here the details will change dynamically based on the attributes you have to choose and it will help you to filter the audience more efficiently.

Click “Save” once you choose the condition parameters and you will find the audience count will get sort out based on the condition that you configured.
