|Default reply is kicked out by your chatbot when the user sends messages which are not understandable or pre-defined by you. To set this, follow the steps below|
- Step 1: Select Main Menu on the top-left corner of the page
- Step 2: Click Settings on the list of features on the menu
- Step 3: There you can edit the default reply message on the column given there.
